Khuê House là trợ lý trả lời tự động của Khuê House. Khi cần, nhân viên của Khuê House sẽ vào tiếp chuyện.
Khung chat không tự thu thập tên, email hay tài khoản mạng xã hội của anh/chị.
Chúng tôi không bán và không chia sẻ dữ liệu này cho bên nào khác để quảng cáo.
Anh/chị nhắn "xoá dữ liệu của tôi" ngay trong khung chat, hệ thống sẽ xoá lịch sử trò chuyện và thông tin đã lưu. Muốn xem dữ liệu đang lưu hoặc có yêu cầu khác, gửi email tới admin@magflow.vn.
Đừng gửi qua khung chat mật khẩu, số thẻ, số tài khoản ngân hàng hay giấy tờ tuỳ thân. Khuê House không nhận thanh toán qua khung chat.
Khách trò chuyện với Khuê House không cần đăng nhập Google. Ứng dụng chỉ dùng tài khoản Google của nhân viên Khuê House, cho 2 việc:
openid, email): đọc địa chỉ email để kiểm người đăng nhập có nằm trong danh sách nhân viên được phép không. Không đọc danh bạ, thư hay file.drive.file): mỗi đêm tải lên một file sao lưu đã mã hoá, xoá bản cũ do chính ứng dụng tạo. Quyền này chỉ cho ứng dụng thấy file nó tự tạo, không xem được file nào khác trong Drive.Dữ liệu nhận từ Google không được gửi cho nhà cung cấp mô hình ngôn ngữ, không dùng để quảng cáo, không bán, không chuyển cho bên thứ ba. Việc Khuê House sử dụng và chuyển giao thông tin nhận từ Google API tuân thủ Google API Services User Data Policy, bao gồm các yêu cầu Limited Use. Muốn thu hồi quyền, vào myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Khuê House is the automated chat assistant of Khuê House (magflow.vn). It answers questions from visitors on magflow.vn and on the Khuê House Facebook Page, and passes contact details that visitors choose to share to Khuê House staff.
Chat data. We store chat messages and the details a visitor types in (name, phone number, company, needs), plus a random ID in the browser. Messages are sent to the language model provider DeepSeek to generate replies. We do not sell this data or share it for advertising. Type "xoá dữ liệu của tôi" in the chat, or email admin@magflow.vn, to have it deleted.
Google user data. Visitors never sign in with Google. Only Khuê House staff do, for two purposes: (1) signing in to the admin console (openid, email scopes) — we read the email address only to check it against our list of authorised staff; (2) storing encrypted nightly backups in Google Drive (drive.file scope) — the app can only see the files it creates. Google user data is not sent to any language model, not used for advertising, not sold and not transferred to third parties. Khuê House's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
